Yes after i tender my letter..there's more disturbing....i tender on 1st April which is Tues, see Amy on Weds....she did ask me y lo...i have to repeat again..then came Vincent, he msn (internal msn in office) me ask again....then he's actually in office but too busy to see me
but i can see he v disappointed la...when he walk in and out of the office....(aniwae i also dun dare see him...*guilty* ;p)..then on thurs, Local team came to ask me offering a place in their team..but i really not interested to join their team na....they seems v complicated and IF i go over, i think i v dui bu qi Vincent....although is same company, just a 'cross over'...but ya lo i rather work under Vincent na....then Fri, vincent msn again ask me if there's anything he can do to make me stay, i know he is v v sincere, but i wasn't using my letter to threaten for higher pay or bonus or wateva...i really just need a break...

i very tired la...really...Robots also need time to charge battery de ba.... not sick of my job...but just imagine you have to do 2 person jobs for the past 6 mths?! was like in schenker life...then you wanted to take longer leave you ownself actually know is NOT possible...cus there is no one backup on Vietnam issues....Yes, i did clear leave but it was like take on wednesday kind...at least 1 day not that worsen if u nv handle...or take morning half or afternoon half...or i am too responsible le? should learn to let go? or i shouldn't have done so well that evione thinks i can cope.....
duno wor.....the higher level answer was quite the same...cus warehouse moving and Angie is busy with her part of the warehouse move, thats y she cant help me...is temporary only...i am not blaming her for not helping me cus i also can see she is very busy with her stuff currently, but i really do not know when the day will come when someone can really help with my stuff...cus after warehouse project sure gt smt new de...i dun think things will stop at there....6 months leh....then karen treat me delifrance on friday, then she chat on below issue again lo....

To me....i feel v disheartened in a way when Caro first came in was suppose to handle regional orders but she's busy with warehouse project, im again the ONE and ONLY to do....and here comes Angie whom i finally 'wa...finally... here...' but again both really did not 'put' heart to learn from me....no initiative....true lo boss leh....what i can say?
From the 'demoralized' team, they thinks that having Angie to come in is actually not helping me as they wanted her to focus on warehse project and bla bla report all kinds of stuff....and also they say that with a higher authority, will they learn from u n really lighten ur load?
of cus can see that the regional team now ALL v negative....all going bonkers liao...so their advice is negative also..then she ask me not to think of the negative stuff....she also say both amy and vincent really think highly of me....but there's seems no immediate solution to my problem ma.... all need time....WHO CAN BACK UP ME???? haiz...

k update on today event...went with fatty to East coast Park to jim ka....(soak leg)...cus fatty gt rotten feet....then the other time he went to sentosa play water ...then his leg recover the next day so today to cure his rotten leg, we go soak leg in the sea water...lets see tml if East Coast Park sea water is effective, if not we have to go back Sentosa...hahaha
Then after that we went 1twentysix a chill out place to drink....em...i really dun like the alchol smell la...it seems like a punishment for me instead of enjoyment to drink...then we left the place to KFC to have our dinner...then on the way back to underpass, we are looking ard for rd signs to the underpass and when we are crossing the carpark gantry after a car went in, i nearly kena the gantry barrier chop my head into half lo...fatty wanted to pull me to the left then i look up , can see the gantry directly ON TOP of my head sia....then i struggle from fatty and siam to the right and squart down( i think...my height when squat down sure wun kena the barrier de...hahah) heng leh~~~
